Contents Definition and characteristics of language; the relationships between language and nation, thought and culture; the world languages; the place of Turkish Language among other languages; the historical development of Turkish language; Atatürk’s language revolution, his perception of language and his efforts; phonetic characteristics of Turkish Language; Turkish grammar; the structure of Turkish Syntax; writing rules and punctuation marks
