Course Contents |
This course will cover the definition of health, the answer to the question of how to be healthy, the systems that make up our body, the classification of nutrients and nutrients, carbohydrates, lipids (fats), proteins, vitamins, mineral substances and water, unhealthy foods and additives, diseases caused by unhealthy nutrition. It covers the importance of healthy psychology and sports in terms of health. |
