Objectives of the Course
In this course, climate change is discussed through several dimensions with a specific focus on politics-environment relations. The causes, impacts, societal and class-based interactions of climate change are covered with also attempts to overcome, such as mitigation and adaptation policies and mechanisms. This course aims to let students understand and focus on climate change through socio-political context and to help them build their own critical approaches.

In this course, main topics such as approaches to climate change, climate problem and social relations, causes and results, internationalization and strategies of climate change are covered and discussed.
