To strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and improve general health of the body, to provide mind-body integrity, to strengthen the core of the body, to increase the balance-coordination, to better recognize the body and to convey its benefits to daily life on cushions or specially designed instruments. |

PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence. PO-4 He/She has the competence to share information and learn together in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis.
