Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of training; to gain knowledge and skills on the theory and practice of methods for improving flexibility and muscle strength which are basic motoric properties. |

PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice. PO-5 He/She has the competence to evaluate and apply the data obtained during her education in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in business life. PO-8 In the field of sports sciences, using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level, monitors the information in the field and communicates with colleagues. PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, he/she develops the professional knowledge and skills of the people she works with and evaluates their performance. |
