Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of training; to gain knowledge and skills on the theory and practice of methods for improving flexibility and muscle strength which are basic motoric properties.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To be able to know training component and cooperation bases. PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.
PO-5 He/She has the competence to evaluate and apply the data obtained during her education in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in business life.
PO-8 In the field of sports sciences, using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level, monitors the information in the field and communicates with colleagues.
PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, he/she develops the professional knowledge and skills of the people she works with and evaluates their performance.
