Objectives of the Course
To gain the ability to apply the basic techniques of Pilates.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Defines the basic concepts of Pilates branch. PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.
PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field.

Course Contents
It covers the rules of the hall, the standards of the pilates hall and other facilities, the standards of the materials used, the physical differences between pilates and other branches, breathing exercises, whole body health and unity, pilates movement principles, ideal posture, pilates movement technique.
