Objectives of the Course | |||||
To teach and reinforce some special techniques of throwing and long distance disciplines theoretically and practically. After this course students will be able to apply drills related to development of techniques in track and field. |

It covers drills developing technique and coordination of throwings, drills developing physical condition in middle-long distance runs, evaluating performance and interpreting tests in throwing and middle-long distance disciplines. | ||
