Objectives of the Course
To teach and reinforce some special techniques of throwing and long distance disciplines theoretically and practically. After this course students will be able to apply drills related to development of techniques in track and field.

LO-1 It emphasizes movement skills according to the characteristics of the runs. PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field.

LO-2 Makes exercise forms for sprints in desired quality. PO-7 Uses information and communication technologies with computer software specific to the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in Sports, at least at the European Computer License Level as required by the field.

Course Contents
It covers drills developing technique and coordination of throwings, drills developing physical condition in middle-long distance runs, evaluating performance and interpreting tests in throwing and middle-long distance disciplines.
