Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course; It teaches to learn the training methods in handball, the selection of talents, the development of team defense and attack systems and their use in the game in accordance with its purpose.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 At the end of this course, the student knows the choice of talent in Handball. PO-6 He/She has advanced theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, supported by textbooks containing basic and current health-related information, application tools and multimedia education tools and other resources.

LO-3 The team knows the attack and defense methods and should be able to use them on the spot. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence.

LO-4 Must be able to observe and analyze handball and produce solutions to the problems encountered. Speed and quickness, plyometric training, endurance training methods, anaerobic and aerobic endurance training, Periodization; It includes weekly, monthly and yearly scheduling, talent selection, team offense and defense.
