The aim of this course is to teach the necessary knowledge and skills to perform sailing coaching and sailing instructor |

LO-1 | can prepare a training program using sailing training methods |
PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence. PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field. PO-4 He/She has the competence to share information and learn together in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis. PO-5 He/She has the competence to evaluate and apply the data obtained during her education in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in business life. PO-6 He/She has advanced theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, supported by textbooks containing basic and current health-related information, application tools and multimedia education tools and other resources. PO-7 Uses information and communication technologies with computer software specific to the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in Sports, at least at the European Computer License Level as required by the field. PO-9 Takes responsibility, individually and as a team member, to solve complex and unpredictable problems in the field of Sports Sciences. PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, he/she develops the professional knowledge and skills of the people she works with and evaluates their performance. PO-11 He/she has the ability to teach and apply basic and advanced knowledge and skills for application areas. |

It includes theoretical and practical teaching methods ( D4 and YE4 standarts of Sailing Federation) of hardware of sailboat and yatchs, to aware of whether, sea and wind conditions, sailing rules, manevour of sailing boat and sailing angle, preparation of sailing, sailing and wind rigs, navigation, and advance applications in sailing traneiners. | ||
