The content of this course is the General Principles of biochemistry Laboratory, Biological Buffer, Extrude, Pre-Separation techniques, Chromatographic techniques, Gel filtration and ion exchange chromatography, Afinite-based techniques, HPLC, Electrophoresis, Immunological techniques, Spectroskoskpi covers up-to-date approaches in the laboratory.
