Communication is one of our most important issues in the 21st century. Whether it is verbal communication or bodily communication, people are always face to face. Undoubtedly, the primary concern of everyone is to convey our thoughts to others or to the masses. The first step is to develop speaking ability. In this context, within the scope of the course, the importance of expressing the thoughts and feelings of individuals speaking in public with the right words will be discussed so that they can express themselves better. Mainly, in order to be able to master the art of rhetoric, all linguistic tools, word choice, sentence structure, melody in speech, stress, tone of voice, ways of developing speech tempo will be emphasized.
