Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to develop their knowledge and skills about accessories history, accessories production methods, accessories research-development and design processes, trend analysis, color and material analysis, collection creation, accessories drawing and presentation applications.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Fashion accessory design process; Gain skills such as fashion trends, color, material analysis, production process decisions. PO-18 Gain research competency.
Practice Exam
LO-2 Understands the concept of collection in fashion products and gains the ability to create a collection. PO-19 Follow the technologic and scientific developments awarding of the requirement of lifelong learning and renew themselves regularly.

What is an accessory? Accessories, clothing and fashion concepts and designs, Types and definitions of clothing accessories, Explanation of the subject determined as fashion accessories; Accordingly, the historical background and development of the subject, Accessory materials and production methods, Relationship between the accessory and the body, Collection theory, collection creation methods, and presentations compiled from current examples; includes topics.
