Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to illuminate the concept of human rights, which constitutes a criterion in practice, from various aspects; The aim is to draw attention to human rights first as ethical principles and then as fundamental premises of law and to discuss some of the conclusions to be drawn from this.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To gain knowledge of the concept of human rights ? To be able to justify why human rights should be protected? Being able to see that concepts such as human value and human dignity form the basis of human rights Being able to see the practical requirements of human rights as ethical principles PO-18 Remembers human, pet owner rights, protects animal welfare and ethical principles in all applications.
LO-2 Knowing what it means as human rights are the main premises of law and the foundation of the state To relate secularism to the protection of human rights To be able to distinguish between human rights and cultural norms PO-14 Contributes to social projects planned with community awareness based on professional skills and responsibilities of authorities (takes place in briefings with farmers, theoretical and practical work etc.)

Course Contents
In this course, the concept of human rights, the classifications of human rights and the conceptual content of individual rights and freedoms will be examined and the criterion-forming feature of these concepts will be discussed.
