Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course is to illuminate the concept of human rights, which constitutes a criterion in practice, from various aspects; The aim is to draw attention to human rights first as ethical principles and then as fundamental premises of law and to discuss some of the conclusions to be drawn from this. |

Course Contents | ||
In this course, the concept of human rights, the classifications of human rights and the conceptual content of individual rights and freedoms will be examined and the criterion-forming feature of these concepts will be discussed. | ||
