Objectives of the Course | |||||
The objective of the course is to enable students to gain knowledge about the formation and the structure of Turkish education system, educational laws, central, provincial and foreign organization, educational grades, human resources, physical, technological and financial resources, reform and innovation initiatives, organization-management theories and processes, school as a social system and organization, human resource management; student personnel affairs, educational services, school management services, school, environment, community and family relations and current discussions and orientations on Turkish education system. |
