Course Contents | ||
Concepts of Internet, Intranet, Internet services and protocols (FTP, e-mail, Telnet, WWW, SMTP, POP3, TCP/IP, http, etc.). Picture, graphics, animation, sound, image development software. The hierarchical organization of the web page, its format, page transitions, target audience, scope, quality, color harmony, layout, interaction, document preparation, animated text and pictures. Web editor, frames, tables, lists, forms, layout of visual elements, Script and applet layout, links, text and line types, buttons and menus. Web space selection; domain name, nature, capacity, Internet service providers, database and web programming support, e-mail limit and cost. File transfer protocol (FTP) and software, Internet service provider connection, web page download and update. | ||
