Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to examine the behaviors of individuals working in the workplace by taking into account the variables of group, organization and environment, to comprehend the psychological and social behaviors of individuals in the business environment and to provide them with professional skills based on the concepts and theories learned.

This course covers personality, attitudes, abilities and learning in the workplace, workplace culture, groups and processes, group working techniques, motivation process and theories, leadership and theories, conflict, stress and its management, power and politics.
