Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to reveal the main approaches of public administration that deals with the theoretical aspect of public administration in the context of chronologically, in the context of their relationships and interactions with each other.

Content of the course; The scientific approach in management, the considering public administration as an independent discipline of other disciplines (administrative law, politics, business management), Human Relations Approach in Management, System Approach, Meaning and Content of Traditional Public Administration Approach, New Public Administration (YKY), New Public Management (YKI) consists of traditional and post-modern management approaches such as governance, new public service approach, public policy analysis, strategic management, performance management, total quality management
