Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to examine the concept of ethics, the historical development of ethics and managerial ethics. In terms of public administration, the relationship between ethical rules and legislation, the position of public personnel against the concept of ethics, relevant institutions and examples of practice are evaluated. |
