Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course; To ensure that students have basic information about the purpose, scope, basic principles and concepts of environmental law and the current environmental legislation in Turkey, to examine sample judicial decisions and to include legal processes and methods in the solution of environmental problems. |

The content of this course; Basic concepts in the field of environmental sciences, environmental problems and its historical development, the birth, purpose, scope and principles of environmental law, environment, sanctions and liability situations in national and international regulations, exemplary judicial decisions (France Case, Netherlands Case, Ministry of Planning Case, Russia Case, Gökova Case, Zafer Park Case, Güvenpark Case, Park Hotel Case). | ||
