Course Contents |
International and national developments may exceed the limits of estimation and controllability by public administrators. It is of great importance for public institutions and organizations to show correct reflexes to possible sudden developments in political, environmental, economic and security issues. In this course, the behavior of public institutions in the face of unexpected situations and developments in their field of duty and their reactions to these situations within the framework of the legislation will be examined. |
