Objectives of the Course
To raise students' awareness of crisis and crisis management in the public sector.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain of both the differentiated nature of the concept of crisis and the concepts of created/encountered crisis and crisis management in public administration. PO-1 Gain theoretical and practical compelling knowledge in the field of political science, management science, law, urbanization and environmental struggles.

Course Contents
International and national developments may exceed the limits of estimation and controllability by public administrators. It is of great importance for public institutions and organizations to show correct reflexes to possible sudden developments in political, environmental, economic and security issues. In this course, the behavior of public institutions in the face of unexpected situations and developments in their field of duty and their reactions to these situations within the framework of the legislation will be examined.
