Objectives of the Course | |||||
In this course; The relations of public administration with international and higher organizations (such as the United Nations, European Union, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, World Bank), non-governmental organizations and think tanks are examined. Topics selected from problem areas such as governance, digital transformation, economic cooperation, security, human rights, migration movements and environmental issues will be covered. |

The content of this course; The concept of globalization and its effects, crises in the capitalist system, neoliberal policies, the nation-state problem, the nation-state and its future against globalization, struggles for hegemony, the roles of organizations such as IMF, WB and WTO in the global economy and anti-globalization movements. | ||
