Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to examine the development and characteristics of the administrative justice system in Turkey, to determine the scope of duty of the administrative judiciary and the limits of the administrative jurisdiction, to explain the Turkish administrative judiciary institutions and their duties and powers, to explain the filing of administrative cases and the types of administrative cases, and to explain the administrative judgment method.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Explain the basic concepts of managerial judgment. PO-2 Gains the ability to carry and deepen the knowledge gained at undergraduate level in the fields of political science and management, urbanization, environmental problems and law.

LO-2 Explain the ways and processes of judicial review of the administration. PO-5 It analyzes the principles and practices of participation, governance, teamwork, openness, ethical management, effectiveness and performance auditing in the field of public administration.

Course Contents
The main subject of this course is the judicial review of the administration. It covers the subjects of the state of law, the development, organization and scope of the administrative judiciary, conflicts of duty, types of administrative lawsuits, administrative jurisdiction method and legal remedies in administrative jurisdiction.
