Course Contents |
The content of this course; It consists of Personality, Leadership, Leadership Theories and Leadership Types. The importance of developing a leader who fits and manages the ever-changing economy and challenges serious competition in such a complex and dynamic market is mentioned. Dealing with new problems that arise in a competitive environment requires new solutions and new types of leaders. However, the explosion of technological innovations, rapid changes in demographic factors and increasing life expectancy cause uncertainty for leaders as well as managers. Therefore, the aim of this course is to prepare students as a new leader who will overcome the problems and problems of the global market. |
