LO-1 Can explain which services are urban local services. PO-3 Explain the interaction between political science, management science, urbanization and environmental problems and law disciplines.

LO-2 It can give examples about the methods of performing the services. PO-6 Critically evaluate the relations of state, democracy and civil society at national and local level in the field of political science and the problems in this field.

Course Contents
The content of this course; In this course, which is thought to be useful for students who are thought to be public administrators in the future, in terms of integrating theory and practice, central and local administrations will use various city examples such as zoning, water and sewerage, transportation, infrastructure, environmental health, cleaning, solid waste, transportation, culture-art, social services. Public service presentations, such as sports, will be examined. The methods of rendering the services will be evaluated within the framework of the problems.
