Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to introduce the tourist guiding profession and to enable students to acquire the basic theorical knowledge related with performing tourist guiding profession.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Should be able to descrbe basic concepts related with tourist guiding PO-1 Have a deeper understanding of tourism and its related fields.
PO-2 Have an understanding of the structure of the tourism industry, how it functions, and its significance for the development of the country.
PO-4 Understand service delivery processes related to tourist guiding profession, and use them in a way to ensure visitor satisfaction.
PO-7 Describe, synthesize, analyze, interpret and evaluate data and information professionally.
PO-11 Analyze, critically interpret and evaluate the knowledge and skills they have gained.
PO-14 Understand and apply national and international law, regulations and professional standards related to tourist guiding.
