Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts of composite materials and types of composite materials and to give information about the theoretical approaches to composite material properties.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Knows the basic concepts of composite materials. PO-1 To be able to reach the theoretical and practical knowledge by doing scientific research in the field of Civil Engineering and to be able to use the obtained knowledge.
PO-2 To be able to carry out studies in the field of Civil Engineering, to be able to select and apply appropriate methods or methods for the purpose.
Examination
LO-2 Knows the types of composite materials. PO-1 To be able to reach the theoretical and practical knowledge by doing scientific research in the field of Civil Engineering and to be able to use the obtained knowledge.
