Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles, strategies and technologies of e-commerce. This course aims to develop competencies in doing business in the digital environment, understand online market dynamics and provide the necessary skills to optimize e-commerce processes. Students gain knowledge on a wide range of topics, from e-commerce management to digital marketing strategies, from customer experience to data security. It also provides opportunities to put theoretical knowledge into practice through real-world examples and hands-on projects. In this way, graduates are equipped to take part effectively in the rapidly developing e-commerce sector.
