Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to inform the students about the principles of corporate governance and the best practices in the world and in our country.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Explain basic concepts related to corporate governance. PO-8 Develops himself/herself in interdisciplinary fields that add value to personal change and development within the framework of interest, ability, social sensitivity and volunteerism.
Examination
LO-2 Compare and analyze corporate governance issues in institutions PO-17 Students have advanced knowledge about the basic concepts of business administration, the basic functions of business, the historical development of business science, its relations with other disciplines, businesses and their environment, business objectives, feasibility studies, business functions, cooperation between firms and entrepreneurship, and take and apply managerial decisions on these issues.
Examination
LO-3 Analyze and explain economic, social and environmental sustainability issues related to business practices. PO-17 Students have advanced knowledge about the basic concepts of business administration, the basic functions of business, the historical development of business science, its relations with other disciplines, businesses and their environment, business objectives, feasibility studies, business functions, cooperation between firms and entrepreneurship, and take and apply managerial decisions on these issues.
