Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding teacher behaviors, to carry their skills, attitudes and behaviors to a qualified level through sample practices and to evaluate micro teaching practices critically.

This course covers the basic concepts and principles of effective teaching, the professional competencies of teachers and the roles and behaviors required by the teaching profession, the scope, benefits and limitations of the micro teaching method, examination of research on micro teaching methods and applications, and preparation of active learning activities appropriate to the subject/unit.
