Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to provide students with the skills to perform advanced PLC applications in areas such as industrial electronics and automation, satellite systems, control systems, mechatronics, and to install and commission Scada systems.

LO-1 PO-1 Conducting scientific research on subjects specific to the Electrical and Electronics Engineering discipline, interpreting this information and gaining application skills.
PO-2 Ability to develop, select and use modern techniques and tools required for the analysis and solution of complex problems encountered in engineering applications; has the ability to use information technologies effectively.

Course Contents
This course includes communication channels such as Modbus, ProfiBus, Industrial Ethernet from Industrial Communication protocols, Scada program and Basic Elements of Scada Systems, RTU, MTU, Communication Networks. It includes details on Menus and Contents, Creating System Database, Creating and Monitoring Animations, Monitoring Records and Creating Different Security Levels, which enable the development of advanced applications using PLC.
