Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to gain the ability to apply driving techniques related to cycling sport.

Course Contents
This course covers the historical development of cycling sport, benefits and uses, traffic rules, types of bicycles, bicycle selection criteria, safety rules and accessories, bicycle adjustments, bicycle maintenance, road bicycles, city bicycles, mountain bicycles, clothing selection for various cycling situations, all-weather cycling methods, and distance tours with bicycles.
