The aim of this course is to give the basic information on astronomy to the students who do not study in Astronomy and Space Sciences department |

The structure of the solar system and the universe. Light and Telescopes. The Solar System. General properties of planets. Kepler's Laws and Newton's Laws. General properties of stars and their physical parameters. Stellar evolution. Comets. Potential Hazard Objects. Search for Extraterrestial Life. | ||
