Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to improve the properties of surfaces and increase their durability by learning and applying thermal spray coating methods. With this method, thin coatings are applied to material surfaces, providing resistance to effects such as abrasion, corrosion, and thermal damage.

Introduction of Thermal Technology, Technical Historical Evolution and Classification, Flame Spray (powder-Tel), Electric Arc Spray, Plasma Spray, HVOF, further giving the cold spray method Coating Wire and Promotion of powder, produced and Analysis Methods of Construction, Pre-Made Coatings Need, Automation in the coating operation, the apparatus Preparation, Characterization and Analysis Techniques, peeling of the coating, coated surface finish, Coating and Method of Selection, Application Examples on Problem Definition, Comparison of Other Methods of Thermal Spray Technologies.
