Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the effective management of clubs and sports organizations and the integration of innovation processes into these structures; and to develop their leadership, strategic planning, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Course Contents
This course includes the fundamental principles of club and organization management; leadership and team management skills; strategic planning and implementation processes; the concept and processes of innovation; creative thinking techniques and change management strategies; the development of students’ project management competencies; practices aimed at establishing and sustaining a culture of innovation in clubs; examples of successful club management and innovation implementations to help students integrate theoretical knowledge with practice; and activities designed to enhance students’ abilities to generate both managerial and innovative solutions.
