Course Contents |
This course includes the examination of the concept and theories of leadership; the instruction of differences between management and leadership; an in-depth analysis of leadership characteristics, sources of power, and traditional and contemporary leadership styles; a focus on leadership practices within sports organizations through a comprehensive evaluation of core management functions such as planning, organizing, executing, coordinating, and controlling; strategic management and planning, organizational culture, and change management to foster a strategic perspective; and the instruction of fundamental leadership skills such as effective communication, team management, decision-making processes, and problem-solving techniques. |
