Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills related to the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of international projects. By learning the stages of project cycle management, students will gain the competence to develop successful projects at the international level.

LO-1 Defines the basic concepts and phases of international project cycle management. PO-9 Understands international sports policies and management strategies and can conduct studies in this field.

LO-2 Gains the ability to develop project ideas by conducting needs analysis and stakeholder analysis. PO-3 Can effectively carry out data collection, analysis, and reporting processes related to sports sciences.

Course Contents
This course covers the fundamental concepts and principles of international project cycle management, including the development of project ideas, needs assessment, and stakeholder identification. It also provides an in-depth examination of project planning, resource management, risk analysis, and sustainability strategies. Reporting, monitoring, and evaluation processes in international projects will be explored through practical examples, with a specific focus on European Union projects, Erasmus+, and other international funding programs.
