Course Contents |
This course begins with a general introduction to the fundamental concepts and functioning of e-commerce. Various e-commerce business models, including marketplace platforms and direct sales, are explored to understand the different structures of digital trade. Key digital marketing strategies such as SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing are emphasized. Online payment systems, secure shopping methods, and logistics processes are explained in detail. Additionally, topics such as customer experience management, data analytics, legal regulations, and cybersecurity in e-commerce are covered. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge through real-world case studies and project development. |
