Objectives of the Course | |||||
Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired knowledge of the debt relationship, the concept of responsibility for debt, the concept of contract, its form and subject. They will also have gained an understanding of the causes of impaired will, the concept of representation, and the causes of debt in law. Furthermore, they will have been taught the reasons that terminate the debt, as well as the most common types of contracts in business life. |

Course Contents | ||
The objective is to acquire an understanding of the fundamental principles that underpin the emergence of the debt relationship, the scope and the fulfilment of debts. The programme is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to identify and resolve disputes arising in practice. This contributes to the acquisition of knowledge. | ||
