Botanical classification of medicinal and aromatic plants, the importance of secondry metabolites (alkaloids, terpenoids, phenolics), distillation and extraction methods, herbal drugs and uses in the traditional medicine, aromatherapy and phytotherapy, essential oils and parfumery, spices and spice plants, dye plants and dyeing, cultural managements and breeding methods of medicinal and aromatic plants |
