Objectives of the Course
This course aims at teaching the competencies related to managing human resources.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain the management of human resources. PO-2 Know the legal arrangements and professional standards in the field of tourism and hotel management
PO-21 Follow vocational innovations and improve themselves constantly on a continued basis.

Course Contents
This course teaches the topics: human resource management functions, organizational structure of the relationship with the organization of the human resources department, personnel selection, recruitment, training, development and evaluation will be transferred.
