Objectives of the Course
This course aims to inform the students about the individual behavior in organization/group.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can able to acquire knowledge about human behaviors in organizations and groups and their effects. PO-2 Skills for problem defining, modelling and solving related to profession

Course Contents
The course deals with human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual differences and work behaviour; rewarding and punishing individual behaviour; occupational stress; group behaviour; (types of groups, characteristics of groups); conflict management; organizational power and politics; leadership; organizational processes (decision making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development.
