Production and production management concepts, production systems and classification, facility location and analytic methods, breakeven analysis, decision trees, transportation model, assignment technique, work measurement and design, capacity and capacity planning, facilities planning, facilities planning with intermittent production, facilities planning with continuous production and line balancing, managing materials with dependent demand and MRP, managing materials with independent demand, stock control, techniques for stock control, model of economic order quantity and its extensions. |
