Objectives of the Course
This course aims to inform the students about the individual behavior in organization/group.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the factors which influence the human behavior in organization context. PO-5 have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behaviour along with topics such as human and human behaviour in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.

Course Contents
The course deals with human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual differences and work behaviour; rewarding and punishing individual behaviour; occupational stress; group behaviour; (types of groups, characteristics of groups); conflict management; organizational power and politics; leadership; organizational processes (decision making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development.
