Forecasting and types of forecasting. Forecasting techniques and its classification, quantitative and qualitative techniques of forecasting. Constant processes, quasi constant processes, linear trend processes, seasonal processes. Project management, Project management techniques, CPM, PERT, accelerating projects, time – cost tradeoff, production planning and control, main production planning, aggregate planning, planning strategies, constant workforce strategy, constant production volume strategy, mixed strategy, scheduling, loading, scheduling with parallel 2 and 3 machines, Ergonomics. |
