Objectives of the Course
•Analyze ethical behavior in business environment. •Identify behavior, standards processes and methods that can improve business ethics in organizations •Focus on social responsibility and social audit •Understand the framework and fundamentals of diversity management.

LO-1 Can express the concepts related to ethics, business ethics, social responsibility. PO-15 Comprehend legal, social and moral responsibilities of business life. Will have a basic knowledge of the areas of obligations law, negotiable instruments law, business concerns law, tax law, civil law, labor and social security law.
