o learn Arabic and Persian elements in Ottoman Turkish and to read Arabic letters.

LO-1 To have the basic ability to do research and study in the field of Turkish language and literature PO-1 Turkish language to present the first written documents in chronological order from the circuit, together with their knows.

Course Contents
Prepositions in Arabic; Turkish, Arabic and Persian rules in Ottoman Turkish; Persian features in Ottoman Turkish: General characteristics of Persian, Persian and its importance in Ottoman Turkish, Characteristics and features of Persian in Persian, Names and characteristics in Farsi, Adjectives and features in Persian, Additions and features in Persian (Preliminary suffixes, suffixes), Noun and verb derivation rules in Persian, Unified names, rules of Persian terms (noun phrases, adjective phrases, qualifications); Reading and writing exercises on text.
