Objectives of the Course
Gaining the knowledge of Kipchak Turks and their language in terms of Turkish language history.

LO-1 Students can explain about Kipchak State. PO-1 Turkish language to present the first written documents in chronological order from the circuit, together with their knows.
PO-8 The former for the periods of Turkish language in the texts, word analysis, sentence analysis and makes the definition of the word.

Course Contents
Historical information about Kipchak’s period will be given. Literary works on this period will be explained. This period’s unique grammar structure will be explained by reading, signification, phonetics and morphology examination works on Gülistan Tercümesi, Irsâdü’l-Mülük ve’s-Selâtin ve Kitâb fi ‘Ilmü'nnüssab.
