Course Contents |
The course deals with human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual differences and work behaviour; rewarding and punishing individual behaviour; occupational stress; group behaviour; (types of groups, characteristics of groups); conflict management; organizational power and politics; leadership; organizational processes (decision making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development.
