Objectives of the Course
Acquaint students with the related conceps involved in the basic functions of human resource management.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain basic HR functions PO-4 Have advanced level of knowledge on topics such as job analysis, provision and assigning of human resources, career, performance evaluation and performance-based pricing which are within the scope of human resources management applications that are encountered in both public and private sector.
