Objectives of the Course
This course focuses on the following objectives; •To develop an understanding of strategic management concepts, research and theories. •To develop a framework of analysis to enable a student to identify central issues and problems in complex cases; to suggests alternative courses of action; and to present well-supported recommendation for future action. •To develop conceptual skills so that a student is able to integrative previously learned aspects of corporation.

LO-1 Can describe the concepts related to strategy, politics and strategic management. PO-3 Have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies
